On the 13th of October at 12.00 a.m. in the hall of the second floor of the RF Duma, a solemn ceremony was held on the occasion of the closing of the project presentation “Still higher, and higher, and higher!”, organized by the International Exhibition Holding MVK.

On the 10th of October, at 12 a.m., in the hall of the 2-nd floor of the State Duma of the RF a presentation of the project "Still higher, and higher, and higher!" brought to life thanks to the International Exhibition Holding MVK was held. 

On the 10th of October, at 12a.m., in the State Duma, the International exhibition Holding MVK will organize a solemn ceremony in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the historic flight by Valery Chkalov. 70 years ago in 1936, in 56 hours and 20 minutes the crew of Valery Chkalov have covered a distance of 9 374 km on board of ANT-25.

On the night of September 8, 2006 a fighter-interceptor jet SU-30 took off from the air field Ramenskoe (Zhukovskiy). The crew that piloted the jet were: commander, Hero of Russia, Anatoliy Kvochur, 2nd pilot, test pilot, Serguey Korostiev. SU-30 repeated the legendary route Ramenskoe-isle of Chkalov-Ramenskoe and covered around 15 thousand kilometers in 14 hours. 

On September 8, 2006 at 15.42 Moscow the fighter-interceptor Su-30 piloted by the crew of Hero of Russia, a distinguished test pilot of the USSR Anatoliy kvochur, landed on the airfield Ramesnskoe (Zhukovskiy). The plane took off from Ramenkoe at night, at 2.35 a.m, reached the isle of Chkalov in the Far East and returned back. The flight was made within the framework of the project of International Exhibition Holding MVK "Still higher, and higher, and higher" in commemomration of the 70th anniversary of the legendary flight by Valery Chkalov in 1936.

On August 12 in pavilion 4.3 of KVC “Sokolniki”, the Exhibition Holding MVK organized a presentation of the project “Still higher, and higher, and higher!” The holding presented to a number of visitors and journalists the major components of a large scale campaign which is to be held on September 6, 2006 and will combine two events connected between themselves: “The first exposition in stratosphere” ( at a height of 12.000 meters) and a non-stop flight by Hero of Russia, Anatoliy Kvochur, following the route Moscow- isle of Chkalov( Udd isle in the past) – Moscow on board a plane Su-30.
